WordPress.org Plugin Data and Consent
The WordPress.org plugin does not contact B360 Cache & Optimize for license/account services until a site administrator intentionally enters or verifies a license key, connects the site to the dashboard, requests a license status check, requests a paid download, runs a PageSpeed test through the connected service, or performs another explicit account action.
Free optimization features are designed to work without a remote license call. If you remove or deactivate a license, the plugin can request deactivation for the current site and remove local license data stored by the plugin.

Cookies and Local Storage
This website uses standard WordPress cookies for login, authentication, security, and dashboard sessions. Checkout and dashboard screens may use nonces, temporary request state, or browser-side data needed to complete the selected action. We do not use these cookies to sell personal information.
Sharing Information
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as payment processors, email providers, hosting/security systems, and PageSpeed providers, or when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, chargeback, or security purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account, license, activation, payment, subscription, and support records are retained while your account or license is active and as long as needed for security, accounting, legal, tax, abuse-prevention, and support purposes. Security logs and diagnostic records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to protect the service and investigate issues.
Your Choices and Rights
You may use the free plugin without a B360 Cache & Optimize account or license verification. You may remove a license from the plugin settings at any time. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business, security, legal, tax, payment, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
We use WordPress security controls, HTTPS, nonces, signed license API requests where configured, rate limiting, access checks, and restricted administrative access to protect account, license, payment, and diagnostic information.
